Pricing & Billing FAQ
Repository Management
Q: What happens if I add a repository mid-month?
When you add a repository mid-month, pro-rated billing applies. You'll be charged proportionally for the remaining days in your billing cycle based on the additional Lines of Code (LOC) from the new repository.
Q: What happens if I remove a repository mid-month?
If you remove a repository mid-month, your LOC allocation is updated immediately, but billing adjustments are applied at the start of your next billing cycle based on the repositories selected (required LOC). The repository's knowledge layer is not updated but previous data is kept for future reconnection.
Q: How does pro-rated billing work?
Pro-rated billing charges you proportionally for the remaining days in your billing cycle when you add repositories or upgrade your plan mid-cycle. For example, if you add a repository requiring additional LOC capacity with 15 days remaining in a 30-day cycle, you'll be charged 50% of the monthly rate for that additional capacity.
Billing Cycle Management
Q: What happens if I exceed my LOC limit?
If you exceed your plan's LOC limit, the system automatically upgrades you to the next tier or additional capacity to ensure uninterrupted service. Pro-rated billing applies for the upgrade.
Q: Can I downgrade my plan mid-cycle?
Plan downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle based on LOC usage required for connected repositories. You'll continue to have access to your current plan features until the end of your current billing period and can use the LOC for other repositories.
