Account and Authentication
Problem: Email Verification Not Received
Solutions:
- Check Spam/Junk Folders: Verification emails often filtered as spam
- Verify Email Address: Ensure correct email address was entered
- Request New Verification: Use "Resend Verification" option if available
Problem: Password Reset Not Working
Solutions:
- Check Email Folders: Look in spam, promotions, and junk folders
- Try Different Browser: Clear cache or use incognito/private mode

- Group Access: Ensure you have access to the GitLab groups you want to connect
- Re-authorize: Disconnect and reconnect the GitLab provider
Problem: Azure DevOps Connection Issues

- PAT Permissions: Verify your Personal Access Token has Code (Read) and Project and Team (Read) permissions
- Organization Name: Double-check the organization name is correct
- Token Expiry: Ensure the PAT has not expired
